By now I would normally have the presents wrapped and be making Christmas comments left and right. The past year and I guess this year I just cant get 'it.' I am at the moment going thru the motions, fill out the cards absorb the sounds and sights, but still nothing.

Perhaps after I decorate the tree things will come 'round the bend. It just has not happened yet.

On to my next 'issue:' holiday shopping, between the Salvation Army and the bell ringers, and crazy people franticly searching for the right gift it has to be one of my least favorite rituials. Now, dont get me wrong I hold no contempt for the Salvation Army, but my guilty conscience knows no bounds. If I walk past them I MUST put some money in the bucket, even if it is $.03 So normally I just park WAY out of my way and go in a side door, it saves money and gets just a bit more excersize.

Who knows, maybe it is just a 'blah' kind of day.
