March in review
March was a busy month, both for the social calander and the mental clander. One thing I have learned in that it is not wise to make daily commitments when Grant is going to be home in a few weeks. My mind gets too wrapped up in having everything just perfect. But here is where I stand
In 2006 I hope to accomplish:
- loosing 10 or more pounds- maintained the 5lbs loss
- taking more photos-doing better
- organize my photos-one box done
- learn to make 5 new meals- baby steps, Grant is teaching me how to 'toss' things using no utensils, made chilli, made roast
- attend 3 concerts
- get a new Digi Cam-have my new sony!
- try 3 imported beers-1 down tried Rouge Kells Irish Lager
- See Andi
- be more diligent about the litter box
- fold clothes on a semi-regular basis - currently clothes folded
- save money money in savings, doing better
- get into a photography class even if it is not for credit found a class need to file for fin aid
- pay off 2 more credit cards
- see Matt
- learn how to fix my hair- flip accomplished, learned zizgag part
- try lobster
- go to at least 3 Zoo's
- diligently add $ to a honeymoon fund
- learn to make REAL Sangria
- drink less Pop- one pepsi every other day, bought tea maker
- eat less fast food doing better
- volunteer with Habitat for Humanity
- 'walk' at least weekly
- continue learning who I am.
January- Find a geat pair of brown boots- done!
Febuary- Find One Positave Thing From the day and write it down. Idealy this will help me to see life in a better light. So far so good, that was a hard one!
March- Hit the gym 5x a week minimun, out of those days three will be spent concentrating on weight training. This came out hit and miss. I have been doing more weight training and hitting the gym but did not always hit the desired amount. I did up my weights and time on the elipitical. But I am not where I wanted to be. I will be revisiting this resolution mind-summer when I have no homecomming to prepare for. And no St Paddys day drink fest/birthday to conflict with the gym.
