This weekend Grant and 'bino took part in the Tulsa Mud Run (eww).

I think at this point the boys may have gotten all the mud out of every nook and cranny in their body.

Gotta say even tho I did not run, I got muddy too. Mud was flying everywhere! The boys did have a good time and all proceeds went to the firefighter burn unit. This day marked 10 days since Grant quit smoking a 1/2 pack a day. Now he is a running machine! I would rather have a muddy husband than a chain smoking husband any day! Hooray for quitting smoking! I am so proud of Grant!
