Went to the after party at Rudz bar. Took some pics of me and a few ref friends, hailed a cab back to the hotel - and lost my camera. I called the cab every day to see if anyone had turned it in - no luck. I gave up. The camera I saved for is gone.
Some douche stole my poor misplaced camera.

As a wise Ref said at westerns "Every time you think you have had enough of derby that it just isn't giving you anything it does - at just the right time Derby gives back."
I paraphrased that a bit but I have had a few beers since then.
End result - faith in humanity has been renewed.

You're lucky, but please....INSURE IT! That way, if it happens again, you'll at least get to replace it!
