Today at the Gym my Trainer Stopped Me and told me I was getting Skinny! She told me after step she wanted to re-measure me.

Since they started tracking me at the Gym on March 9 I have lost 15lbs.

My Body fat has gone from 30.7 to 22.6

Body Fat ranges for ages 20-29 Female are:

Needs Work: 45.0 - 30.0
Fair: 30.0 - 25.0
Fit: 25.0 - 22.0
Excellent: 22.0 -13.0

According to the measurements they have on file No further weight loss is necessary, but not discouraged either. On average Female Athletes have a body fat score of 12-22%. According to my Trainer I now have a lower body fat than she does!
