Today I did 15 min on the precor backward on fat burning (5 minutes level 1 resistace, 5 minutes level 8 alternating the entire time)15 min foward, then 15 backward, followed by another 15 foward. Ending in 3 sets of 15 crunches normal, and then on each side 3 sets.... then 2 sets with legs in the air.
It is gonna make me skinny right????
