Just finished up with my personal trainer.... she upped the weight I was doing and the reps... and started me on some new stuff.... I AM GOING TO BE SO SORE!!!!
My chest mucles and biceps are so weak, esp. my chest... I had to have assistance with the lowest weight...
She wants me to do 3 sets of 20 on each machine.
My lower back was exceptionaly weak according to the machine readout... no big susprise there.
