Before Grant got home from Cruise I was hitting the gym 7 days a week. Now he is home and since we only have one car that hinders things a little. I still hit the gym 3 times a week at least. And the days I dont go I try to do somthing strenous around the house (yard work, mopping the entire house). Basically it just came down to a final choice. Do I contoniue on the path that caused me to gain 30lbs in 3 years or do I do somthing about it? Now I am almost smaller than I was in High School, even tho I weigh less. I actually weigh the least I have since I was 15 now. I baiscally held steady at 160 all thru High School. Weight loss is great but the feeling I have now about me, how I look, how I feel is the best thing to happen in a very long time. I feel for lack of a better discription powerful.
